Registration Process for English Language Development (ELD)

  1. Complete the State Registration and Orientation form
  2. Copy of a Photo ID - email to Southpointe@jordandistrict.org
  3. Proof of Utah Residency - email to Southpointe@jordandistrict.org
  4. Pay your registration fee of $25
  5. Take the CASAS entrance exam.

Individuals who want to take classes must attend an Orientation and Registration Session prior to attending classes.

How to translate the registration form into your preferred language

  • Open the form in the Google Chrome browser
  • Right-click anywhere on the form.
  • Click on Translate.
  • Select the language you want to translate the form into.
  • Click Translate. 

ESPAÑOL (SPANISH)
Cómo traducir el formulario de registro a su idioma preferido:

  • Abra el formulario en el navegador Google Chrome
  • Haga clic derecho en cualquier parte del formulario.
  • Haga clic en Traducir.
  • Seleccione el idioma al que desea traducir el formulario.
  • Haga clic en Traducir.
